Gloria is an August 2013 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Services in Atlanta, GA. April 2014, she received her Florida Funeral Director and Embalmer License June 2, 2015.

Integrity Funeral Services of FL Inc. was licensed as a Funeral Establishment. She is also has an A.S. in Computer Information Science, B.S. in Business Administration and currently holds a Florida Cosmetologist License. In 2006, she retired from Nationwide Insurance Company after 12 years of service as a Sr. Business Consultant Analyst.

She is the sole owner of Integrity Funeral Services of Tampa, FL Inc.
